Hisense offers warranty service for all our products. 

Hisense products carry a full warranty for a period specified. Some Hisense products carry different warranty periods due to the nature of the product's design, manufacture, or expected use. The warranty applies from the date of purchase by the first customer.


  1. The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of the original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, dealer's name, model and serial no. of the product. Hisense reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.
  2. Hisense obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement of the defective part or at its discretion replacement of the product itself.
  3. Warranty repairs must be carried out by a Hisense Authorized Service Center.
  4. Warranty cover will be void, even if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service center.

Hisense shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims, or damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product.

Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide the right to an extension or renewal of the warranty period. Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be fulfilled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.


Hisense does not bear the responsibility of transporting goods purchased by customers.


Hisense provides installation services for air conditioners and televisions.

  1. Installations are based on a first come, first served basis.
  2. Installations are subject to applicable fees and charges at the time of purchase.

Air Conditioners: 

Hisense ACs come with 3-mete-meter copper piping and components for standard installation. If you require brackets, trunking or additional copper piping, it will need to be purchased at customer cost and can be done in consultation with your installer. Burying of pipes is not included with installation.



  1. Hisense excludes all warranties other than as contained in this document;
  2. Hisense shall not be liable for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from purchase, use or non-use of the appliance.
  3. Hisense reserves the right to charge a service fee for out-of-warranty repair or service of any nature and shall not be deemed liable if the conditions are not met.
  4.  If the warranty card or serial number label on product is altered, defaced or erased in any manner whatsoever, warranty is voided.
