Hisense Ghana and its Affiliates provide highly standardized manufactured products that have gone through due processes and have been certified to give you the best product experience. However, should a customer feel dissatisfied with the product purchased due to some discrepancies or a customer would like to change the product, we allow free returns of the purchased products within 21 working days for a refund. The product must be returned to the nearest showroom or to the showroom where the purchase was made. Products returned may take 1-2 days to be processed for a refund. Below are the conditions the product must satisfy to qualify to be returned for a refund;

●       The product must be in its original state with the original tags & seals attached and with the original packaging and original receipts

●       There should be no dents on the product nor any physical damage to the product

●       Proof of purchase is required to verify the identity of the purchaser

●       If any part or component of a product is defective, the entire product must be returned

TYPES OF REFUND GIVEN

●       Monetary Refund: A type of refund where the product is returned for the purchase price.

●       Exchange

 

MONETARY REFUND

We grant a refund to products returned that satisfy the requirements above. Refund is made in the same mode as that of the mode of payment at the time purchase. Monetary refund is given when the return of the product is due to manufacturing defects or when you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product. Processing of monetary refund may take 2 to 10 business days depending on the mode of payment at the time of purchase.

 

EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT

Hisense Ghana and its affiliates also give the option of exchanging the eligible returned product with a new product of choice instead of a refund. The exchange or replacement could be from the same product but different sizes or qualities, or different products all together. The item being returned must satisfy the qualifications above. Once we receive your qualifying return, we will proceed to process your exchange.

Depending on the nature of fault or the customer’s requirements, the customer may be required to top up the purchase price for an exchange or replacement.

This exchange and replacement policy does not cover items with cracked or broken screens.

 

Our exchange process is slightly different from others because we want to get your new item to you faster! We just require the original item be returned in its original condition and packaging within 21 days of the date of purchase.
